While we storify the brands we work with, the first step is User Journey definition. To re-define it, we take the benefit of our genuine Revolvia User Journey Framework.
We describe the User Journey, beginning with the first moment a user is exposed to the brand message as a potential customer to reaching, purchasing, recommending and repurchasing the products and services of the brand and evaluate their perception, feelings, expectations, thoughts and actions at each step.
This life cycle is a process that needs to be planned from the playground (Play1) where we grasp the attention of the consumer to the climbing area (Climb2) where the they become our customer and conclude in the winning area (Win3) where they become our loyal customer.
We imagine this journey, as if your target audience starts a game, climbs up step by step and at the end you gain their loyalty! In the workshops we work with the brands, we walk through this life cycle and set our goals to develop potential contact points and maintain their integrity with the brand story.
Our goal is to capture the consumer from the market and climb them at the loyalty steps. We support this process with the digital communication methods and story parts until they reach a mutual win-win point.
